Start Day of Dukan Diet - Phase Two

Zero Weightloss from day 6. 
Today I can begin to incorporate 28 listed vegetables (mostly green) into the 72 protein list. Days will alternate from PP (pure protein days) and PV (protein veg days). This is the start to the weightloss phase Phase Two - now that the Attack phase is over.

Breakfast: Brewed coffee, splenda, ff almond milk. Water. Two tablespoons oatbran cooked with water and almond milk, splenda.
Lunch: Roasted Chicken Breast. chocolate, banana, yougurt (cocoa, ff yougurt, banana extract, splenda).
Hard Boiled Egg. Water.
