Day 7- of Phase Two - Dukan Diet

Down one pound! Yay! That's 11 lbs lost now!

Even with some cheats this weekend, I managed to still loose a lb.

No Breakfast
Lunch: Omelet with Ham and Asparagus, coffee. Water
Dinner Oat bran, Water, meatstick

Day 6- of Phase Two - Dukan Diet

Weight same  no change.

 No Breakfast
Lunch: Oatbran, two hard boiled eggs. cofffee, Water.
Dinner: Ham Water

Day 4- of Phase Two - Dukan Diet

Cannot weigh today as I spent the night at my sisters and want to stick with my own scale. Will wait until tomorrow.

Dinner out was good with two orders of salmon last ngiht only with flavored vodka/club soda drinks. I actually like it.

Breakfast: Oatbran pancake, turkey bacon, coffee, Water
Lunch: Cottage Cheese, Skinny Latte
Some tastes of candy filling Easter Baskets. (just had to)
Two Hard Boiled Eggs

Day 5- of Phase Two - Dukan Diet

Easter Sunday
Weight same no change.

Late Breakfast: Eggs & Bacon, Coffee, Water
Early Dinner:  Ham, sm portion homemade mac & cheese, Baked Beans, Salad Water

Day 3- of Phase Two - Dukan Diet

Lost another pound! That marks 10 lbs lost in two weeks on this diet! WOW.

2 malted milk eggs didn't sabotage the whole diet thank goodness...whew!

I got my Dukan Diet book yesterday. Yay! Read first two chapters last night.

Lily and I had a pancake and turkey sausages for breakfast. WATER!
Lunch: 2 Skim milk lattes out with friends from work. There was absolutely nothing carb free and Biggby that I could eat. Even the 0 sugar syrups I asked to look at and saw has 4 g carb so I stuck with splenda. They were YUMMY lattes really!

Out tonight for dinner with friends so this will be interesting. It's a no veggie day and it's meatless Friday, so hope the cooks at Smokey Bones are ready to make lots of Steamed fish for me. :)
Also going out to the comedy club tonight and against what the diet wants, I am going to try a drink of either vodka or gin (0 carb drink) with diet pop or club soda. Will be interesting since I am more a wine/beer person. I do like Gin and Squirt but they will need to have diet or I can't have.

Day 2- of Phase Two - Dukan Diet

No gain or loss on scale again.

Breakfast: coffee & water. Not hungry.
Lunch: Veggies and dip (ff 0 carb) turkey sausage and Canadian bacon
Workout day (shh, on way I sneaked 2 malted milk eggs)
My Trainer asked how much I have lost b.c he noticed the loss he said in my neck under my chin. I asked him to workout my low abs since this is an area of issue for me with that incision combined with so much fat there. I got what I asked for immediately! He made me lay with my legs together up one foot off floor and my head off floor while I draw in the air the alphabet letters with my toes.  :LARGE FONT then small font size. OMG! I did this 3 times each. This is a killer. Also rubber bands instead of weights are killers I found out!
Dinner: 2 Oat Bran Pancakes. Water, green beans with spray I can't believe it's not butter and carb free, ff balsamic vinegar dressing and Parmesan cheese. YUM!

Day 1-of Phase Two - Dukan Diet

Breakfast: Hot Oat Bran cereal, coffee, water

Lunch: cottage cheese, left over steak strips,  turkey rollups, string cheese, water
Dinner: sneaked 1 malted milk egg I have out in a dish for Lily and others. YUM.
3 egg omelet with parmesean, Canadian bacon, with turkey sausage. Water
Flavored Sparkling water 0 carb calories.
