Breakfast: Had oat bran hot cereal and coffee. WATER,
Lunch:meat sticks, string cheese, Cottage Cheese.
Snack: Turkey Jerky on way home

Not really hungry for dinner but ate anyway
Dinner two fried eggs with turkey sausage.
Desert Chocolate Almond yogurt
