Well was a little disappointed to see the scale be up by a pound. I think it was all the jerky? More carbs and higher fat? Not sure. Also worked out upper body last night a lot so could that make a difference? Well sticking to it today regardless.
Made a large Veggie platter for meeting at work today. BEAUTIFUL!
Breakfast: Coffee (no time for breakfast)
Lunch: Veggies FF dip 2 hard boiled eggs WATER
Snack: Hot Oat-bran WATER
Dinner OUT: Fish Market - had steamed salmon with ginger, on large bed of cooked spinach. NO OIL. VERY Good and liberating to be out to eat and ask for specifics on no sauce, and way to cook. Water.
Late Desert: Chocolate yogurt.
