Lost one lb from 3rd day on diet. Think I ate considerably more carbs than supposed to yesterday eating some things off the 72 food item list. Still loosing is the main thing and not starving at all. Just have cravings to have sweets sometimes still.
Got up late then kids came over so we had breakfast for lunch. Egg omelets, ff cheese, turkey sausage, Canadian bacon, coffee. WATER. Its 80 degrees and sunny. Walk outside is in order.
Walked 25 minutes. Finished first liter of water. Before dinner I had a "cocktail" Faygo grapefruit sparkling water and some lemon crystal lite added which has 0 everything so figured okay. Needed some flavor. Fixed a meatloaf with chopped onion, mustard, egg, spices, and oatbran. Ate that with mustard to dip with second liter of water. Actually only had half of it. But, I had lots of coffee and sparkling water earlier. Then, I was bad and had more of that yogurt/ ff cream cheese with coconut flavor mixture again. I really still crave sweet...especially late afternoon or after dinner. The ff cream cheese is not on the list of 72 things in phase 1 so not too sure how it will effect me even though it was only 2 oz. mixed in. Like yesterday it may be why I only lost 1 lb. Not sure.
