Day 3 of Dukan Diet - Phase One - Attack Phase

Okay got on the scale...2 more lbs lost from my 2nd day.  4 lbs total!

Best part is that I am actually loosing my muffin top around my waist! Sure its all water pudge. Hoping the next thing to go is the shelf-gut.

One thing you need to get used to is there is no quick grab something and go unless you plan ahead for meals/snacks and have cooked in advance. Very apparent to me why I have packed on pounds over time with my lifestyle. So used to a snacking out of a bag/box and when you can't do that it's like taking a pacifier from a baby. Waaaah!  Thank you for oat bran in this diet. I could not go without the carb fill feeling.

Was really ready for breakfast and happy I went to the store and bought egg whites in a carton and pure protein 1 fat 0 carb soy bacon strips. I made an omelet and bacon. Two cups of decaf coffee (Gano) with splenda and unsweetened almond milk. (like skim milk) plus one oat bran muffin. Ok...good for now. Going to be sunney and high of 62 today so going to walk outside instead of going to the gym.

Lunch baked herbed chicken lots of water.

Grocery store for more protein! Walked for 20 min outside. Drank rest of 2 liter water. Fixed  Steak with steak rub under broiler. Meat stick string cheese for snack and Faygo grapefruit sparkling water for cocktail time. Made a dessert with some carb no fat...(cheated a little). 4oz of cream cheese, 10 oz ff greek yogurt 3 packs splenda. (split mixture in half). Flavored one half with banana imitation flavor and the other with coconut flavor. (had one saved the other). YUM! Later was hungry and had 1 tbsp. oatbran cooked and  a Gano caffine free coffee with ff almond milk.  Totally full!
