Day 2- of Phase Two - Dukan Diet

No gain or loss on scale again.

Breakfast: coffee & water. Not hungry.
Lunch: Veggies and dip (ff 0 carb) turkey sausage and Canadian bacon
Workout day (shh, on way I sneaked 2 malted milk eggs)
My Trainer asked how much I have lost b.c he noticed the loss he said in my neck under my chin. I asked him to workout my low abs since this is an area of issue for me with that incision combined with so much fat there. I got what I asked for immediately! He made me lay with my legs together up one foot off floor and my head off floor while I draw in the air the alphabet letters with my toes.  :LARGE FONT then small font size. OMG! I did this 3 times each. This is a killer. Also rubber bands instead of weights are killers I found out!
Dinner: 2 Oat Bran Pancakes. Water, green beans with spray I can't believe it's not butter and carb free, ff balsamic vinegar dressing and Parmesan cheese. YUM!
