Day 5 Dukan Diet - Phase Two

Lost another lb. That's 9 lbs in 10 days. :) My stomach has not been this flat in a long time. Love handles disappearing. What I love about this diet is the instant visible results.
I split up the cookies from the event. Some for this week in container for Lily. Rest in freezer bags. The broken pieces in one for cookie crust baking to give to Anna for some kind of desert making recipe. I didn't even eat a crumb!!! Amazed at the strength of my willpower. I didn't know I had any before this diet.

Breakfast: scrambled egg whites, turkey sausage. Coffee & Water.
Lunch:  Chicken Breast with Taco sauce. Cottage Cheese. Grapefruit flav Sparkling water
Water
Dinner: Fajita beef, Turkey burger patty with salsa, peppers & onion.
Desert: Oat bran pancake with creamcheese/yogurt topping.
