Day 4 Dukan Diet - Phase Two

Down 2 lbs from yesterday day! So not only did I get back where I was but I lost a pound. So that makes total 8 lbs lost so far on the diet and today is the 9th day! I have to say I feel this diet is really great! I looked in the mirror today and I can see less of my fat. Its now visible and feel it in my clothes.

Worked our Department picnic today with BBQ food. Only thing I could have was protein and mustard. No problem. The fruit sure looked good though. I took enough left over chicken breasts to serve me well for days and also lots of left over cookies I thought I would freeze for my kids.

Breakfast: Coffee, Hot oat-bran cereal
Lunch/Dinner: chicken breasts, hamburger, beef hot dog.Water
Late snack: Cottage cheese, string cheese, roast beef pieces.
