Up two lbs today. Not worried. Sure its from eating late at 10:30 last night. Plus I have not walked for 3 days. TOO cold and was too busy to get to the gym this weekend. Pants I wore last week are quite roomy today. I think I am fine.
Tomorrow my Dukan Diet book and cookbook should ship! Yay! I am excited to read more, learn more and have some new recipes.
Breakfast: Coffee, hot oat bran cereal. Water.
Lunch: Two chicken breasts, two turkey sausages, hard boiled egg, yogurt with butterscotch flav. Water.
Dinner: Turkey burger with mustard and moz cheese melted. Cottage Cheese. Water.
