Day 7- of Phase Two - Dukan Diet
Down one pound! Yay! That's 11 lbs lost now!
Even with some cheats this weekend, I managed to still loose a lb.
No Breakfast
Lunch: Omelet with Ham and Asparagus, coffee. Water
Dinner Oat bran, Water, meatstick
