Lost another 1lb from the 5th day which makes a total of 6 lbs lost so far. I am on target.
Breakfast: Fresh Brewed coffee, splenda, ff almond milk. Scrambled egg whites w ff cheese, turkey sausage, 1 tbsp oat-bran with ff almond milk, splenda & drop of vanilla, butter, nut imitation flavor. Yum. VERY Full.
WATER. Staying away from Crystal Lite...it has something in it that your body thinks is like natural sugar. That may be part of no weightless from day before. Can't fool your body that's for sure!
Lunch: Turkey FF cheese rollups and Roast Beef FF spiced feta rollup & one left over turkey sausage round. Hard boiled egg. Yogurt with banana flavoring. Water.
Snack before workout Beef stick and string cheese. Water. Prepared and put dinner in oven. Made desert.
Workout was tiring. Trainer night, at the gym. More water.
Dinner: Roasted Chichen (ate late after late workout) and a fantastic galette with coconut cream and drizzled chocolate sauce. AWESOME! I have to say I am amazed at how creative one can get when the desire for something they want badly is there. I made up this desert using only what I am supposed to eat and it was sooo good. Photo:
Ready for first day of PHASE 2 tomorrow. I get to have Vegetables from 28 veggie list on alternate days.
